assalamualaikum,
i'm not really me..fuhh..someone makes my blood boil...arghh..actualy, its not her fault but mine/us but sometimes, we deserve a few sentence of appreciation such as: u've put ur effort but its not enuf..ok, it might be easy for me to digest the words. But, i can't stand people who are simply rise up the volume of her/his voice in front of me. i feel ashamed u noe. feel like a stupid hare standing in front of a group of lions. arghh..it's a part of life as a student aite. just ignore but take it into consideration.maybe, you've done something wrong somewhere. I cannot leave my 'but'..ngeh2..but, for me..as a teacher, do appreciate your students as it might boost their spirit to do something to the fullest. teachers and students need each other.
In primary level, the small cute children start to learn to respect their teacher. Actually, they are not really learn it formally but they adapt the courtesy from their surrounding. The will take their teachers as the immediate example. They will take everything especially in communication as their examples. Actually, there's no much differences between primary level and tertiary level. i can say that my lecturers leave a great impact on me. They are actually my role model. An educator is always portrayed as example. so, if you think u are the role model for the society.behave.being a teacher does not mean we know everything aite. sometimes, we need to forget our ego and learn from our mistakes. Help each other. Share the knowledge together.Learn how to deal with situation. Use different intonation when u're relaying ur words. Most of the Malaysians lack of this criteria.
Seeing the way my lecturers deal with us, i could conclude that being a teacher is not as easy as we think. (Yes, you don't need to have straight A's..5 As is more than enough to fulfill the qualifications) . We are dealing with society. We are shaping our generation. Unlike other jobs, they will never ever feel regret when some of their friends fail in doing the effective presentation. Instead of feeling regret, they might cheer for it. But, us teacher, we are crying when our students fail in the exam.People around will point straight towards us. People might judge us with negative though such as she/he is not really good in teaching..its hurt..
Last nite, when i was on my way back from the hall where i did my presentation. I was trying to reflect my wrong doings. my mistakes. there's a lot ok and actually, it's not really her mistake treating us like people who are lost in action and do nothing. She's done her part. She was actually trying to train us to be a patient teacher.be positive, but i realy meant what i said. she wanted something bombastic and perfect to be presented. IF i was given the opportunity to be a lecturer.of course, I wanted a perfect work too from my students.
This is my first time blabbering about this trifle things. Actually, last night, she appeared in my dream world. Her words and actions left a great impact on me. haha..n this is the only reason why i choose to write up about this problem.not really problem or conflict..but more to a tale.kind of boring tale..ohh, don't u feel like reading a boring reflection.*sigh*
i really hope she'll not come up as one of the characters in my wonderland again. or else, i'll name my dream land as the tragedy of last night....ngehehehe...
